This is Us season 1 is almost back from its winter hiatus. However, fans will have to wait just a little bit longer to see the show. NBC has announced that because of President Obama’s farewell address, This is Us is being pushed back in nearly all time zones on January 10.

President Obama is planning on giving his final address to the nation, as President, on Tuesday, January 10 at 9 pm ET. As such, NBC has decided to shift around This is Us so everyone can watch (mostly) uninterrupted. In the Eastern and Central time zones, This is Us will air at 9pm and 10pm, respectively. In the Pacific time zone, This is Us will air twice, first at 9 pm and then at 10 pm. For clarification, here is what NBC’s primetime schedule will look like on January 10 in all time zones.

NBC has also recently some information on what fans can expect from the return of This is Us. The official episode description for “The Right Thing to Do” reads, “Kate (Chrissy Metz) struggles with her feelings in the aftermath of Toby’s (Chris Sullivan) heart attack. As William (Ron Cephas Jones) begins to spend more time with Jesse (Denis O’Hare), Randall (Sterling K. Brown) has to get used to his father’s new relationship. After receiving the news they’re expecting triplets, Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) and Rebecca (Mandy Moore) must find a way to afford a home that can accommodate three babies. Olivia (Janet Montgomery) unexpectedly resurfaces, throwing both Kevin (Justin Hartley) and Sloane (Milana Vayntrub) for a loop.”
Two promo videos have also been released. There are no major spoilers, though, so no answer on Toby’s health after his heart attack in the winter finale. We do see glimpses of Randall and William having a serious conversation, perhaps about the reemergence of William’s boyfriend Jesse. Most of the promo is dedicated to the flashback storyline with Jack and Rebecca getting ready for the triplets. Since we all know how that turns out it is probably a good idea to keep the tissues on hand for the return.

So what do you think? Will Toby survive his heart attack? Why does William seem to want to leave Randall’s house? Do you think the next episode of This is Us will make you cry? Are you happy or disappointed to know that Olivia is coming back?

This is Us will return Tuesday, January at 10/9c on NBC, but will air at 9/8c every Tuesday following.
